When it comes to biker bars The Maples is the real thing. Located out in Manorville Long Island, LI bikers make this a required stop on their road trips. When we first arrived to do our sound check there were just a handful of people and relative quiet. An hour later bikes and cars were pulling in from all points of the compass. The crowd was great and everyone was very accommodating. We didn't even get thrown through any windows. Not to be missed that day was our extended version of Soul Kitchen and our closer Rockin' in the Free World. Heck, it all sounded pretty damn good.
